The role
We are looking for a HR specialist who can hold onto all threads in the company. The responsibilities include:
Manage full recruitment cycles, including sourcing and interviewing.
Manage HR administration, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and policy implementation.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and support decision-making.
Participate in global and local HR projects, including digitalization and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR roles (generalist/business partner), preferably in an international context.
Strong knowledge of HR processes
Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles and employer branding initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and able to communicate in Uzbek or Russian
Experience within the software development industry in Uzbekistan
Possibility to travel within Nordics and to Uzbekistan
