Job description: TBM Expert for Establishing TBM Office and Practices Objective/Purpose: We are initiating the setup of a Technology Business Management (TBM) Office to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment of IT investments with business objectives. To ensure successful implementation, we are requesting a dedicated TBM expert to support the design and rollout of TBM processes, practices, and governance structures across the Business Tech organization. Scope of Work: The TBM expert will be expected to: 1. Develop and implement TBM processes and practices, aligned with industry standards and the TBM Council framework. 2. Support the establishment of the TBM Office, including defining its mission, structure, responsibilities, ways of working and processes. 3. Support in training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to build long-term TBM knowledge and practices. 4. Support tool configuration, including integration with financial and IT systems. 5. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management, ensuring buy-in across IT, Finance and other business stakeholders. 6. Deliver documentation and reporting templates to support ongoing TBM operations. Required Expertise: • Proven experience in TBM implementation and operations. • Deep understanding of cost transparency, IT financial management, and value-based IT planning. • Familiarity with the TBM tool Apptio and integration with ERP and ITSM systems. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Assignment description To our client we are now seeking for 3 Business Analyst To strengthen the Financial Transparency Project, with the purpose of implementing the ITFM tool Apptio and the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, there’s a need of additional support in terms of project management and business analysis. As we scale up the implementation and prepare to organization for roll out of the tool it’s crucial to add extra support in facilitating workshops, analyze financial data (with support from dedicated controllers), change management and stakeholder management. We are looking for an experienced tester for our client in Stockholm. You will be part of product projects with several disciplines and be responsible for test development, execution and reporting based on product requirements. The work includes both new and existing products during hardware and software updates. The role requires independence, technical breadth, and the ability to coordinate testing, verification and validation between multiple teams. Products are part of modern ecosystems with Cloud services, which requires broad technical understanding. Testing includes both manual and automated tests, therefore experience with scripting is important. Knowledge of Robot Framework is a merit. At least 5 years of experience in testing is required. Tools and techniques: Robot Framework Python Zephyr Scale R4J, Jira, Confluence Start immediately, remote work not possible. Interview at customer the second week of November.
