In this role, you will:
Manage accounting, closing of the books, financial reporting and documentation
Manage Tax and VAT reporting.
Support accounting processes and internal controls
Take on increasing responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Book and coordinate transport for product deliveries
Communicate with suppliers and customer logistics teams
We’re looking for someone with:
A post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
Approximately 5 years of experience of finance/accounting.
Experience of an international environment
An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for sustainability
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused personality
Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and other languages a plus)
Enjoys working in a small, dynamic team

Regulatory Associate
As part of our mission to make the shipping industry more sustainable, we are expanding our Regulatory Affairs team.
We are looking for a Regulatory Associate to strengthen our Regulatory Affairs team and support the growth of Selektope, working closely with our Director of Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability.

Support global regulatory implementation and maintenance
Take on increasing responsibility for registrations and notifications for Selektope
Conduct feasibility studies for new regulatory projects
Author safety data sheets and classify chemicals
Were looking for someone with:
MSc in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Chemical Engineering or similar
Approximately 5 years of experience fo regulatory affairs regarding chemicals, biocides, or pharmaceuticals
Experience in hazard/risk assessment and SDS authoring
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused personality
Strong communication skills; fluent in English

Future Sales Director – Join Our Leadership Team
I-Tech is hiring its Future Sales Director to succeed our current Sales Director, who will begin scaling down from mid-next year. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced leader and gradually assume full responsibility for our global sales operations.
As Future Sales Director, you’ll lead complex sales processes, develop strategic accounts, and expand our reach among top marine coating manufacturers and emerging markets.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and will be part of the company’s leadership team. You will work closely with our marketing and R&D teams. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with practical sales execution.

Build industry networks and drive global sales of Selektope, our barnacle-repellent technology for marine coatings
Lead complex, value-based, technical sales processes with top-tier multinational customers
Manage strategic customer relationships and distributor networks
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
Build industry networks and drive demand for Selektope
Support brand-building and customer engagement with the Marketing Director
Represent the company at industry events and forums
We’re looking for someone with:
An entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focus, and passion for sustainability
B.Sc./M.Sc. in business or technical field; MBA/PhD are a merit
7+ years of experience in value-based, technical solution selling to top-tier
multinational customers
Strong business acumen and cross-cultural communication skills
Strong leadership, mentoring and strategic relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work across cultures, especially in Asia
Experience from and knowledge about the global marine market
Ability to lead through change and drive innovation
Experience in regulatory frameworks and complex B2B sales processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish (other
languages a plus)
Experience with sales forecasting, CRM and management tools
