We’re hiring – Sales Representantive Sweden Toyrock Group is growing rapidly in the Nordics and we are strengthening our Sales Team in Sweden to match that momentum. As part of our ambitious Nordic expansion, we are now looking for a Sales Representative to help us accelerate our growth and deepen our partnerships across the country. About the Role In this role, you manage and grow relationships with retailers and key accounts. You ensure our products are sold and visible in the right channels and help strengthen the company’s fast-growing position in the Swedish market. The role combines hands on field sales, relationship building with commercial drive and offers the chance to influence our expansion in the Nordics. Key responsibilities • Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular store visits and business reviews. • Drive sales & profitability by securing listings, increasing visibility and ensuring the right products in the right channels. • Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our presence in Sweden. • Negotiate agreements and deliver according to agreed sales targets. • Prepare sales forecasts, follow up results and report performance. • Plan and execute product launches, in-store activities and promotional campaigns together with the marketing and category teams. • Work closely with logistics, marketing and category teams to ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction. • Stay up to date on market trends and share relevant insights with the team. To succeed in this role, you should have • Excellent sales skills in field sales • Proven experience in sales, account management or business development. • Experience from FMCG or consumer goods – ideally the toy industry. • A self-driven and structured way of working. You take ownership and deliver results. • Ability to prioritise and stay efficient in a fast-moving environment. • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and fairs, approx. 30–40 days per year.
