Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior HVDC Control & Protection Engineer to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: Lead advanced technical work within HVDC Control & Protection systems for multiple projects in active delivery. Solve complex engineering challenges and ensure design robustness, reliability, and compliance with international standards. Drive timely completion of critical milestones in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship and knowledge transfer to a largely junior engineering team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment on technical direction and best practices. Contribute strategic insight to strengthen overall project execution and system performance. What you bring: Extensive experience in HVDC systems, including Control & Protection design, testing and commissioning. Strong ability to lead engineering work and resolve critical technical issues independently. Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines and in complex project environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective team guidance and stakeholder management. Fluency in Swedish and English (both mandatory). Ability to work on-site in Ludvika, with remote work permitted one day per week.

Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior PMO Project Manager to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: Lead a comprehensive internal change project, starting with an “as-is” assessment and progressing to the implementation of improved ways of working across the HVDC Control and Protection IT/OT area. Identify gaps in current processes and enhance existing execution models to support significantly higher project volume. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to clearly map the current operational state and define actionable improvement areas. Develop clear requirements and structure for a future state organization that supports efficiency, scalability, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Create a step-by-step implementation plan ensuring that each stage delivers measurable value and organizational improvements. Facilitate and drive collaboration meetings internally and with external partners to strengthen interfaces and optimize end-to-end processes. Define and propose KPIs to monitor performance, process maturity, and operational success. Act as a trusted advisor to the HVDC Control and Protection IT/OT Area Manager, providing insights, recommendations, and leadership support throughout the change initiative. What you bring: Extensive management experience in operations, with a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives. Proven track record of successfully driving transformation in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and leadership levels. Experience leading organizations or overseeing complex process-improvement programs with measurable outcomes. Goal-oriented mindset with a leadership style that empowers teams and encourages high performance. Strong proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in an international environment; Swedish is an advantage but not required. Ability to work remotely when needed, combined with readiness for regular on-site presence to collaborate effectively and understand operational complexity.
