Your mission You’re a Lead System Developer in an emerging R&D Data Platform team, combining coding with technical direction. You contribute to full‑stack development, integrations towards machines and instruments, and overall architectural decisions. The role sits close to our workshop operations in Sandviken and Västberga, giving you direct insights from engineers and technicians. What you’ll do Drive full‑stack system development in an agile environment. Guide and advise other developers while taking technical lead responsibility. Integrate machines, instruments and sensors into a cohesive system landscape. Support engineers and technicians with solutions for tests, verification and prototyping. Shape and improve system architecture and reduce lead times through smart solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate requirements before releasing features. Location and flexibility The position is based in Sandviken, with a hybrid work setup that allows remote work a couple of days per week. You regularly spend time close to the workshop floor, where many important interactions take place. Occasional travel may occur in order to successfully collaborate with stakeholders — for example to capture requirements, join workshops or support on‑site platform implementations. Your profile You’re an experienced full‑stack developer who enjoys taking the lead, shaping solutions and working hands‑on. You’re comfortable navigating both architecture and code, and you’re genuinely interested in the technology behind machines and instruments. Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with stakeholders — for example to capture requirements, join workshops or support on‑site platform implementations. You bring: Strong full‑stack skills and experience guiding development in a team. Knowledge across areas like cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, C#, Angular, SQL and web development. A relevant technical degree. Excellent English skills; Swedish is beneficial. Experience working with agile methods and modern development environments. You’re driven by curiosity, enjoy understanding how things work, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions truly fit their needs.
