What’s this all about?We're looking for a new employee to join us as Integrations support in our Message Management team in Gothenburg, a tight-knit group of 7 people, including 3 part-time students. In this maternity cover role starting in October, you'll act as the single point of contact between our clients and our integration systems.
You’ll work with platforms like IBM MQ, IBM ACE, Microsoft Azure, and Axway, handling client integrations focused on message management. It’s a coordinating role where you’ll collaborate closely with our internal Service Delivery Managers and technicians, primarily via email, Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, and phone.

Our Gothenburg office is located in the beautiful and centrally located Platinan building at Mårten Krakowgatan 2.
What you’ll bring to the table A relevant IT education or background in an IT-related role.
Experience in first or second-line support, service coordination, or working with case management systems.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with system integration, coding, or log files.
Strong communication skills - you enjoy helping others and thrive in a structured, collaborative environment.
A sense of accountability, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a detail-oriented mindset.
This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, and due to client requirements, you must be a Swedish citizen and able to pass a security clearance. Occasional on-call duties are part of the role, scheduled in advance.
