About the job
As Legal Counsel for Global Projects, you provide legal support to global and strategic initiatives within business area Mining. You work closely with senior legal colleagues, divisions, business units, and the global Legal & Compliance function, advising on complex international legal issues. You report to the Legal Counsel, Strategic and Global Projects, and are part of the Legal Strategic Projects team.
Job responsibilities
Provide legal advice within your area of responsibility in support of the business area Mining
Identify and manage legal risks across global operations
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents
Support the development and use of global templates, frameworks, and related instructions
Support strategic projects and cross functional initiatives through legal guidance and risk assessment
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide practical guidance to relevant stakeholders
Coordinate legal disputes and claims, including collaboration with and management of external counsel
Share legal guidance and deliver legal training on processes, templates and tools
Safeguard legal and regulatory compliance and support legal training across the organization.
Location and flexibility
The position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands or Stockholm, Sweden. Some international travel is a natural part of the role, and the setup allows a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.
Your profile
You bring solid legal expertise and enjoy working in an international, business-oriented setting. A law degree is required, along with several years of experience from an in-house corporate legal role or international law firm.
You also bring:
Solid experience in commercial and contract law, including drafting, review and negotiation
Multi-jurisdictional legal matters in a global context
Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), integration or strategic projects
Experience of working in a global, matrix organization with international stakeholders
Professional working with English, both spoken and written
Several years of working with digital, technology or data-related issues, is an added advantage
You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex legal landscapes. A pragmatic mindset, strong judgment and the ability to work independently comes naturally, while collaboration across cultures and geographies energizes you. Clear communication and presentation skills help you build trust and create impact in everything you do.

About the job
As a Digital Product Security Lead, you act as the lead for digital product and AI‑related security in Business Area Machining. You define how product security is designed and governed, while product organizations remain accountable for execution and risk decisions. The role is both an expert and leadership position with strong visibility across product organizations, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
Define and maintain Machining-wide product security standards and practices aligned with information security polices
Ensure security is embedded across the secure development lifecycle, including threat modeling, secure architecture, and security testing
Act as a primary security advisor to product owners, architects, and engineering teams
Coordinate vulnerability management, security assessments, and remediation follow-up
Support product-related incident response and vulnerability disclosure processes
Provide risk visibility and reporting to Machining security and governance forums
Location and flexibility
The position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, World Trade Center and offers a partly remote work setup.
Your profile
You combine deep product security expertise with the ability to influence in a complex, decentralized environment. You’ve built a strong foundation in secure software development and enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams.
We see that you also bring:
Solid experience in application and/or product security, secure software development, and DevSecOps practices
Hands-on experience with threat modeling, secure architecture, vulnerability management, and security testing
Experience working with cloud-based and API-driven architectures (IaaS, PaaS, serverless)
Strong understanding of security-relevant regulations and standards for digital products
Fluency in English, as you collaborate with teams across the globe
You translate technical security risks into clear business and product impact, enabling informed decisions. You’re communicative and persistent, able to engage both leaders and developers, and you enjoy collaborating to move security forward—even through change.
