Job description: Digital Analyst – E-commerce performance
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is looking for a Digital Analyst to strengthen our Digital Sales organization and support the continuous optimization of our e-commerce performance. As part of SAS’s broader digital transformation, this role will play a key part in enabling a more data-driven, insight-led commercial organization.
Challenges you will work on Turning large volumes of digital and e‑commerce data into clear, actionable insights that support day‑to‑day decision making
Understanding and optimizing complex customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels
Ensuring high-quality tracking and data reliability across digital platforms, in collaboration with product, digital, and IT teams
Balancing ad‑hoc insight requests with recurring reporting needs in a fast-paced environment
Supporting teams in becoming more data self-sufficient through improved dashboards and reporting solutions
Helping stakeholders interpret performance correctly and avoid misreading metrics or attribution results
Working in a test‑and‑learn culture where experimentation, iteration, and learning from failures are encouraged
Exploring how AI and automation can streamline recurring reporting and free up time for higher-value analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze e‑commerce performance with a focus on conversion rate (CR) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Deliver regular reports and ad‑hoc analyses to e‑commerce managers and other stakeholders
Conduct funnel, journey, and behavioral analyses to identify optimization opportunities
Support campaign and attribution analysis together with paid media and performance teams
Enable and improve self-service reporting using Google Analytics and related tools
Verify, implement, and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager
Support setup, analysis, and follow‑up of A/B tests and experiments
Collaborate closely with e‑commerce, product, digital, and IT teams to align measurement and insights with business needs
Contribute to maintaining and evolving existing KPIs, and support the definition of new ones when needed
Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring reports and data workflows, reducing manual effort across the team Explore and test AI-assisted tools and methods to enhance analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation
The Team
You’ll join a growing Digital Sales team within eCommerce, responsible for driving digital revenue through performance marketing, optimization of our web and app channels, SEO/SEM, and data-driven analytics. We work closely with Digital/IT, Brand & Marketing, Partnerships, Inflight, and Analytics, and the wider Commercial organization to deliver aligned, high-impact initiatives.
To be successful, we believe you have Experience working hands-on with Google Analytics and a good understanding of core e‑commerce metrics
The ability to analyze data and translate it into clear insights that support business decisions
Basic experience with SQL and a willingness to continue developing your technical skills
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and an understanding of experimentation principles
Confidence working with tracking and tagging, especially using Google Tag Manager
A pragmatic, problem‑solving mindset and enjoyment in digging into details when needed
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams
Openness to feedback, learning, and experimenting in a fast-paced, “fail fast” environment
Good communication skills, enabling you to explain data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar
It’s a plus if you also have:
Experience working with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses
Familiarity with experimentation or CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis or automation
Experience working with attribution models or media performance analysis
Previous experience in e‑commerce, travel, or large-scale digital environments
Interest in continuously improving how data, tracking, and insights are used across teams
Experience using AI tools to supported data analysis, documentation, or reporting workflows
Interests in automation of data pipelines or report generation using Python, SQL scheduling, or BI tool features

The Engineering department within CAMO is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft operated by SAS meet applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements. We monitor fleet reliability and manage the maintenance budget across aircraft and engine types, working closely with Technical Operations, Flight Operations, Network Planning, Fleet Management, Finance, authorities, and suppliers.
We are now looking for an experienced Avionics Engineer to join our team.

Challenges you will work on
As part of the CAMO Engineering Avionics team, you will work with aircraft systems such as Navigation, Communication, Electrical Power and In-Flight Entertainment across multiple aircraft types (A320, A330, A350, B737NG and EMB190/195).
Your focus will be to ensure the continued airworthiness, safety, and reliability of aircraft and components in line with regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations. You will collaborate closely with teams across SAS CAMO as well as our Part-145 maintenance organization.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain high service levels for onboard entertainment systems across the SAS fleet
Analyze reliability data and provide input for maintenance program adjustments (escalation/de-escalation)
Assess and implement Airworthiness Directives, including preparation of Engineering Orders
Review and recommend Service Bulletins to improve safety, performance, and cost efficiency
Support maintenance, logistics, and planning teams within Part-145
Monitor and drive technical reliability targets
Perform occurrence and incident investigations
Manage aircraft and component configuration status
Ensure implementation of corrective actions from audits, inspections, and airworthiness reviews
Participate in cross-functional projects (technical, operational, or commercial)
Interface with OEMs and Type Certificate holders
To be successful, we believe you have
University degree or equivalent in Aeronautical/Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience of aircraft types A320/A330/A350 and/or EMB190/195
Minimum of 3 years demonstrative working experience with Avionics engineering relevant topics
Knowledge in EASA Part-M & Part-145 regulations
You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working with modern IT systems and tools
AMOS experience is advantageous
Skywise experience is advantageous
