Are you a commercially driven professional with strong vendor governance and financial control experience? We are now looking for a Senior Vendor & Financial Operations Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP programme in a complex enterprise environment.
This is not a technical SAP delivery role. Instead, you will play a key role in vendor management, financial oversight, and commercial governance across multiple SAP delivery partners.
You will act as the central interface between vendors, programme management, finance, and procurement, ensuring control, compliance, and structured collaboration.
Your responsibilities
• Own and manage relationships with multiple SAP delivery partners 🤝 • Drive vendor performance follow-up, governance, and compliance • Manage the full PO lifecycle from creation to invoicing and reconciliation • Control vendor spend exceeding €15M and ensure budget adherence 💰 • Perform billing reconciliation and cost control • Prepare forecasts and financial reporting • Coordinate closely with programme management, procurement, and finance • Support SAP programme execution from a commercial and financial perspective • Ensure strong financial controls during S/4HANA realisation phase • Identify and mitigate commercial and compliance risks
Required qualifications
• Strong experience in Vendor Management and Commercial Governance within large programmes • Proven track record of managing high-value vendor spend (€15M+) including PO lifecycle, billing reconciliation and cost control • Experience from large-scale SAP environments, including working knowledge of S/4HANA, Ariba and Fieldglass • Solid understanding of financial controls and compliance in enterprise transformation programmes • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across vendors, finance, procurement and programme leadership
