As an Information Security Specialist, you will be part of our increasing efforts improving the information security and risk management within Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE). Your Responsibilities As part of our information security team, you will contribute to building and maintaining a secure foundation for our organization. Together, we: Drive strategic development: Shape strategies, principles, and policies to address current and future risks in TMHE's evolving IT-landscape. Ensure compliance and fulfilment: Manage compliance efforts and requirement fulfilment for entities and operational objects. Provide risk assessments and expert advisory support. Translate policies into action: Convert information security policies and frameworks into effective technical controls. Establish secure reporting mechanisms and relevant metrics. Collaborate across functions: Partner with key departments such as procurement and legal to align security efforts with broader organizational goals. Promote risk awareness: Lead risk coordination efforts in IS/IT, improve processes, and increase awareness organization-wide. Raise security awareness: Develop and deliver educational initiatives that build understanding and encourage a culture of security. Contribute as an expert: Depending on your expertise, take the lead in information security projects, act as Information security expert in IS/IT projects, implement classification frameworks, perform risk analyses, provide security training, and/or review changes to ensure compliance and secure implementation. Your Profile We are looking for an experienced, self-driven information security professional with the following qualifications and traits: Broad Expertise: You have knowledge and experience in various information security areas, such as risk management, information classification, assurance activities, and establishing security policies. Education within relevant area and/or experience in information and IT security, with a strong interest in driving security initiatives. Framework Proficiency: Skilled in security practices grounded in established methods, legislation, and frameworks. Comfortable collaborating with legal, audit, and compliance teams. Technical Acumen: Experienced in security work within hybrid and cloud environments, particularly in large organizations. Professional Credentials: Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalents are an advantage. Inspirational Leadership: Passionate about guiding and promoting security awareness, serving as an ambassador within your field of expertise. Cultural Fit: Aligned with our values of teamwork, respect, and challenge, and committed to enhancing our security posture. Adaptability and Confidence: Comfortable acting as both an expert advisor and a leader in various security-related initiatives. We are now seeking an R&D Project Manager to join us on our ongoing journey of innovation and growth. You will be part of a strong and supportive project management team leading the development of manual and automatic warehouse trucks, smart and connected, including development of the onboard energy system. Your primary field would be within automatic unmanned vehicles or development of safety assistance solutions. You will work at our R&D Project Management Office, where innovation meets teamwork, planning and leading product development projects to achieve strategic goals. Acting on behalf of the project sponsor, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and experts, driving ideas from concept to reality. You will report to the Manager R&D Project Lead. Your Responsibilities Drive projects to success by engaging and motivating team members while resolving challenges. Build and manage the project team, ensuring clear roles and accountability. Identify risks and deviations, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to industrialisation and production launch. Keep sponsors, stakeholders, and teams informed with clear, regular updates. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Contribute to strategic discussions shaping the future of R&D initiatives. Your Profile We highly value your personal qualities. You are curious in both people and technology, you have a strong personal drive, an ability to see the overall picture but also understand when it is time to dig into details. Project management experience, preferably with Product Development, in agile roles or other senior technical leadership positions. Certification and experience in PMI/IPMA or ISO 21 500 methodologies are an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. The Position Toyota Material Handling Commercial Finance AB offers financial products for Toyota Material Handling customers across Europe via internal sales companies, external dealers and branches in France, Italy, and Germany. We are now strengthening our team and are looking for an engaged Business System Specialist. You will work with other functions within the organisation to ensure successful implementation. Your Responsibility Your main responsibility in the role is split between four parts, System Analysis & Design, Implementation & Support, Improvement & Optimization and Collaboration & Communication. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for system improvements or new implementations. Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization. Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes. Work with IT teams and vendors to implement system solutions that meet business needs. Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business systems. Identify opportunities for improving business processes using technology. Your Profile A couple of years' experience in business systems analysis, IT support, or related roles. Strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Fluent in both spoken and written English Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
