In this role you will drive the identification and implementation of the most effective energy solutions to ensure a competitive, market leading offer that supports our products and energy related services. Your role entails to ensure that the organisations maturity grows effectively on the key aspects that define the values of energy solutions for our industry, fostering collective knowledge and group wide development on these topics. You will work in an international enviroment, and do some travel across Europe to visit both our customers as well as internal stakeholders. As Product Planning Manager Energy, you report to the Group Manager, Cross Range Products and Solutions, Enrico Vezzalini. Your challenge * Support sales and marketing teams in executing strategic and tactical commercial campaigns and product launches by providing critical expertise on energy related solutions * Focus on commercial, technical, and regulatory aspects of Lithium-Ion batteries in industrial applications * Monitor industry trends and leverage advanced capabilities in Energy & Battery Information Management, specifically within the material handling sector * Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritise business plan for energy products and solutions * Be THE focal point within our organisation for Energy & Battery products & solutions. Your profile * Ideally you have 3-5 years work experience in Product/Business/ Project Management role, preferably from an international company. * Previous experience leading, managing and coaching small or large teams is required * Analytical & strategic mindset with the ability to process data to form opinion and suggest interpretation, taking ideas to business plan, presenting business cases to top management * Great interpersonal skills, working cross functional throughout Europe * Great communication skills, speak and write English fluently and additional languages is an asset. * Bachelor's degree within technical or commercial area is preferred. As Head of IoT Engineering & Connected Solutions you will join the R&D management team and report directly to the SVP R&D. You will take ownership of our connected-asset and fleet telematics platform across Europe. From embedded hardware and edge connectivity to cloud-based analytics and user dashboards, you will lead the end-to-end design, deployment and scaling of connected systems that deliver real-time operational intelligence, unlock new services and future-proof our product lines.
