AFRY Advanced Automation är en stor organisation inom AFRY, med över 700 engagerade medarbetare i Sverige hjälper vi våra kunder med avancerade tekniska lösningar.
På AFRY i Göteborg och Varberg har vi en mycket hög och bred kompetens inom Industriell IT och Automation som är nischad inom ABB 800xA med ett 20-tal automationsingenjörer. Nu behöver vi bli ännu fler!

Program Manager – Group Leader
About the role
As a Program Management Group Leader you will lead a team of Car Audio Program Managers and Customer Resident Engineers as well as being responsible for some Car Audio Programs Execution and/or New Business Acquisition processes itself. The position is based in Gothenburg – Sweden and focus primarily (but not limited to) on Swedish customer base, within the CAM Greater Europe customer portfolio.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of program managers to deliver a portfolio of customer programs
Proactively monitor the status of overall portfolio
Support the program managers by removing barriers when needed
Execute the HR cycle activities including hiring, performance management, succession planning, coaching and development.
Act as a first point of escalation, engage and moderate cross functional recovery actions

Your future team
In the Interface Software group, we develop and are responsible for the communication interface used between vehicles and tools including remote operations. The products we develop are used throughout the complete product life cycle of the vehicle; from development and testing during product development to manufacturing/workshop and remote scenarios, including on board.
We work according to agile principles in a skilled and engaged scrum team covering all aspects of the products: design, implementation, and testing solution. We communicate with stakeholders directly to find common and reusable solutions, which will secure customer success.
What you will do
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with responsibilities in Software Architecture, to lead the design and development of our cutting-edge SDK that enables diagnostic communication with heavy-duty vehicles. This role involves deep technical work across embedded systems, automotive protocols, cross-platform libraries, and scalable backend systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Architect and develop our .NET SDK implementing low-level diagnostic protocols: ISO 14229 (UDS), ISO 15765-2, SAE J1587, SAE J1939, RP1210, and so on.
* Design for AOT compilation and performance-tuned execution on embedded Linux environments.
* Drive cross-platform support by delivering high-quality libraries for iOS and Android using .NET MAUI.
* Deliver high-quality, testable code with a strong focus on unit, integration, and system-level automated tests across all platforms.
* Oversee and maintain a Dockerized, Kubernetes-hosted Lua script generation backend that scales to handle a large vehicle fleet (e.g., Volvo).
* Mentor engineers, enforce code quality, and drive architectural decisions.

Your role
We are looking for a Function Developer to work within Vehicle Dynamics towards our clients in Gothenburg. As a Function Developer you will be involved in all phases of development and maintenance of our interesting, and highly complex end user functions connected to suspension control. You will be a part of a team that innovate new features, implement them and verify them on unit level and complete vehicle level.
In this role you will play a key role in:
• Requirement specification & logic design breakdown
• Implementation of new features & software updates (C-code and Matlab/Simulink)
• At the truck; tuning of functionality, troubleshooting and hands on testing of features and functionality
• You will also be a part advanced engineering projects where we test new technology concepts within our area
• Supporting functional safety work
Your profile
• M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics, Control engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or similar
• Minimum 3+ years' work experience
• Good knowledge in Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Control engineering
• Familiar with tools such as CANalyzer, Simulink, Matlab as well as rapid prototyping and systems development principles
• Tools used, GIT, Vector DaVinci, CANoe & CANalyzer, SystemWeaver(SE-TOOL) Knowledge in Volvo Tools, architecture, ISO26262 and C-driving license are beneficial

Your role
We are looking for a System Developer to join our Automotive team in Gothenburg.
In this role you will play a key role in:
• Developing a system fulfilling the agreed cross-functional solution.
• Making sure that our solutions comply with all agreed requirements.
• Breaking down and distribute functional requirements to the execution environment, functional and non-functional realization in Car Weaver (System Weaver) in cooperation with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
• University degree in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience from System Engineering or having gained good electrical system knowledge working with SW testing
• Previous experience from system development would give you additional advantage to excel in this position
• Fluency in English
• Driving license "B" or ambition to take it in the near future
Meritorious skills:
It's beneficial and would bring additional impact and contribution to our team if you have experiences in Simulation and Model-Based Design using MATLAB/ Simulink, System Weaver, Elektra, Vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet). Knowledge of automotive standards Functional Safety ISO26262 and Cyber security ISO21434.

I denna roll kommer du att leda ett agilt team som utvecklar och förvaltar en avancerad plattform för data och maskininlärning. Du arbetar i en miljö där innovation, samverkan och användarfokus står i centrum.
Arbetsuppgifter
Som Team Lead kommer du att facilitera teamets agila arbetsprocesser och säkerställa att eventuella hinder som påverkar leveransen hanteras effektivt. Du arbetar nära produktägare, arkitekter och plattformsutvecklare för att driva utvecklingen av nya funktioner och vidareutveckling av plattformen. I rollen har du även ett tätt samarbete med supportteam, data engineers, data scientists och BI-utvecklare för att samla in och omsätta användarinsikter i förbättrade lösningar. Du ansvarar för att upprätthålla tydlig dokumentation och etablerade best practices, alltid med användaren i fokus. En viktig del av uppdraget är också att bidra till teamets kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete med syftet att effektivt leverera datadrivna och maskininlärningsbaserade komponenter.
Kvalifikationer
Minst 2 års erfarenhet som Scrum Master eller i liknande ledarroll inom Data/AI-området
Erfarenhet av arbete med data- eller AI-plattformar
Förståelse för DevOps, DataOps och MLOps
Kunskap inom CI/CD, gärna inklusive ML-specifika pipelines såsom MLflow eller Airflow
God förståelse för agila ramverk
Mycket god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga i tvärfunktionella team
Teknisk bakgrund som utvecklare, data engineer eller data scientist
Meriterande
Erfarenhet av molnplattformar och hantering av datapipelines i molnmiljö
Teknisk förståelse för MLOps-ramverk och hantering av modeller i produktion
