We are strengthening our Network Control Service team and are now looking for an experienced Service Project Manager to join us. We offer full flexibility regarding location. You can be based anywhere and work remotely.
As a Service Project Manager within Network Control Service, Europe, you will be responsible for multiple Network Manager SCADA service projects for English and French speaking customers. You will act as the key link between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, commercial excellence, and long-term customer satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic, international environment with close collaboration across the global Hitachi Energy organization.
How you’ll make an impact
Act as Single Point of Contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
Lead and deliver service projects with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, resources, and quality
Manage commercial aspects of customer contracts, including planning, risk management, opportunities, and add-on sales
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and system performance
Collaborate globally and travel as needed to meet customers and work closely with colleagues worldwide, living Hitachi Energy’s values of safety and integrity
Your background
University degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years proven experience of project management, preferably in service-oriented or complex technical projects.
Experience with SCADA systems, digitalization, or related technologies is highly desirable
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and work independently with limited supervision
Fluency in English and French, written and spoken mandatory; additional languages and willingness to travel are considered an advantage

Vill du leda tekniskt avancerade projekt och bidra till lösningar som gör verklig skillnad? Vi söker nu en erfaren Uppdragsledare VVS – antingen med flera års erfarenhet av VVS‑projektering eller någon som idag redan arbetar som UL.
Som uppdragsledare får du en viktig roll i projekt inom Sjukhus, Högsäkerhetsanläggningar, Försvar eller Infrastruktur. Du leder projekteringsarbetet, samordnar teknikområden, säkerställer kvalitet och är en central kontakt mot kund.
Du driver utveckling inom digital projektering, BIM och AI‑stöd, och arbetar strategiskt med energieffektiva och hållbara lösningar. Här får du stort inflytande över teknikval, systemutformning och projektens övergripande riktning.
Möjlig placering för rollen är i Örebro eller Västerås. Rollen erbjuder flexibilitet och möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån enligt överenskommelse.

Vi söker dig som är trygg i din tekniska kompetens och motiveras av ansvar, ledarskap och kundnära arbete.
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:
Examen som VVS‑ingenjör, energiingenjör eller motsvarande utbildning
Flera års erfarenhet av HVAC/VVS‑projektering eller erfarenhet i rollen som uppdragsledare
Gedigen kunskap om ventilationssystem, värme‑ och kylteknik samt energieffektivisering
Erfarenhet av MagiCAD (AutoCAD eller Revit)
Mycket god förståelse för AMA, BBR och branschstandarder
Förmåga att samordna teknikdiscipliner och leda projekteringsarbete
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift, för att möta våra kunders behov
Meriterande:
Erfarenhet av sjukhusprojekt, försvarsanläggningar eller uppdrag mot Fortifikationsverket
Erfarenhet av arbete i säkerhetsklassade miljöer
Kunskap om LEED/BREEAM eller andra hållbarhetscertifieringar
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med drift, underhåll, besiktningar eller felsökning
Förmåga att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och driva nya arbetssätt
Vi tror att du är analytisk, strukturerad och kommunikativ, med förmåga att leda både människor och teknik mot högkvalitativa resultat.

We are looking for SOM and Network System Project Engineer, who join our Center of Competence Power Quality.
FACTS technology enables power systems owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The result is more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environment impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs. This pioneering technology is developed at the Power Quality unit in Västerås and sold to customers worldwide.
Service Control Engineering, a team of 10 engineers, works with various tasks related to maintaining the entire control system for our customer world-wide. We take care of our installed base all around the world serving customers with a reliable system. Currently we are looking for a SOM and Network System Project Engineer focus on HMI, MicroScada and Network architecture, at our GCoC Service department.

How you'll make an impact
Work in challenging service and upgrade projects, delivering high-quality and cost-effective engineering solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations related to Station Operation and Monitoring layer which includes HMI, MicroScada, network communication and Sequence of event management among others.
Deliver solutions that meet customer expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.
Focusing on areas including fault tracing and correction, design and implementation to verification and commissioning of various contents of control system deliveries to fully meet customers' requirements as well as our internal standards such as IEC61850.
Each project and task have specific requirements regarding functionality and to achieve this, you will need to have frequent contact with other engineering groups, project managers and local Hitachi Energy's offices.

Your background
Hold an M.Sc. in Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems, Control System, automatic control theory, software engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
Some years of experience from similar engineering positions working with deliveries of industrial systems, process control systems or substation automation.
Experience of IEC61850, SCADA (i.e., Micro Scada) and HMI (i.e., InTouch) solutions within the power systems domain as well as databases (i.e., MS SQL server) is an advantage.
Experience with MACH™/HiDraw development is a plus.

As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and outgoing, as this job entails a great deal of customer contacts and close cooperation with colleagues and suppliers around the world.
