Your role
You will be part of our team of systems engineers & product design and carry out projects for our clients within different industries such as defense, automotive, telecom etc.
Your profile
You have previously worked with requirements management, system design, technical project management or architecture. You're comfortable in roles such as Component Owner, System Owner, Architect or System Engineer. You're also capable of combining these roles with either hands-on software development or verification.
You have previously worked within the automotive industry with heavy-duty vehicles, cars, mining or rail. You know C/C++, MATLAB, Simulink and are familiar with MBSE. You are a socially strong team member, who likes to have a wide view of the product/system and can clearly communicate this view to others. You're a technical specialist within one or several specific domains such as:
Powertrain Design
Infotainment Design
Functional Safety
Cyber Security
ADAS
Embedded Architecture
Languages:

Your role
As a consultant in our life science team, your role will be a System engineer and work for medical devices clients, helping them with new product design and development. You will be creating product documentation right from the conceptual design to the product validation and all the way to product sustaining and handling of design changes.
As a System Engineer you will:
• Incorporate essential operating mechanisms of systems engineering of medical device design and adhere to medical device regulations.
• Participate in identifying and planning tasks, activities, and resource needs related to systems engineering.
• Leverages knowledge of technology, process, and/or therapy domains to drive solutions and product design realization from a systems perspective.
• Defines system requirements, architecture, and interfaces to meet product requirements, risk analysis and industry standards.
• Creates design concepts and research methodologies that best meet current and future customer & business needs for a product or process domain area.
• Conducts system design analysis to select key components and defines control methods; and coordinates build and design integration.
• Understands clinical and user needs and can apply to product realization.
• Works together to support product verification and validation planning, resolution of technical integration issues, and coordinate system testing.
• Demonstrates understanding of and adherence to FDA, ISO and IEC design control procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Drives Change Control Management records as Change owner and ensure timely closure.
• Creates and maintains Design History File elements.
• Conducts design reviews as part of the product development process to ensure customer requirements are met and the designs are manufacture-able, serviceable, and reliable.
• Successfully influences stakeholders and cross-functional team members within the project.
Your profile
• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering (or) related engineering discipline with 6 plus of experience.
• Deep knowledge of systems engineering disciplines and related areas for medical devices (such as Electro-mechanical systems, embedded hardware and software).
• Knowledge of and/or experience of working accordance with regulations, guidelines, and standards such as: EU MDR, US FDA, IEC 60601, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 etc.
• The ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
• A valid work permit for Sweden.

Your Role
We’re looking for experienced ARAS PLM Solution Architects, who can bring value to the team and work as a key resource in our PLM projects. You will act as a creator of architectural design, defining system requirements and use cases to address overall business requirements, ensuring that the technical solution remains aligned and delivers value throughout any project. Location can be in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg or Malmö.
• Engage in customer Project Delivery Activities
• Analyze customer requirements and contribute to the configuration of PLM and other associated systems
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and workshops
• Propose, plan, design and communicate architectural solutions with both Capgemini and Customers
• Produce written specifications that aligns with customer requirements for proposed solutions and configuration activities
• Identify issues and risks and provide input for solutions to key stakeholders
• Actively contribute to Pre-Sales Activities
• Development and presentation of custom solutions
• Participate in initial customer discovery
• Work with sales for budgetary proposals
Your profile
• University degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying solutions based on ARAS
• At least 4 years of experience working in a Nordic country
• Proven IT development experience as well as experience of multi-cultural project teams, where parts are located off-site
• Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and written
Meritorious skills
• Swedish communication skills, both orally and written
• Knowledge in .NET/Java frameworks
• Working knowledge of CAD tools, PLM-CAD-ERP and other enterprise integrations

We’re looking for Senior Solution Architects with experience from Teamcenter, 3DExperience or Windchill, who can bring value to the team and work as a key resource in our PLM projects. You will act as a creator of architectural design, defining system requirements and use cases to address overall business requirements, ensuring that the technical solution remains aligned and delivers value throughout any project. Location can be in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö.
• Engage in Customer Project Delivery Activities

• Explain requirements, design and configuration requirements to onsite / offshore team members
• Guide team as required to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations

• Participate in customer delivery and cutovers as needed.

Your profile
