About the Role: We are seeking an experienced PCB Layout Engineer to join our team, contributing to high-power electronics projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cadence design tools and a strong understanding of electronics, manufacturability, and test board design. This role combines hands-on PCB layout work with project coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Modify and enhance existing PCB designs, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.
Perform approximately 80% hands-on PCB design and 20% project coordination and meetings.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Demonstrate independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges.
Prioritize efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of design solutions.
Participate in an initial onsite engagement in Kalmar (1 week), followed by remote work with potential for long-term involvement.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience using Cadence PCB design tools.
Proven expertise in high-power electronics and PCB layout for simulation.
Strong knowledge of stack-up materials, manufacturability, and test board design.
Experience working in corporate environments.
Excellent English communication skills; Swedish language skills are a plus.
Prior experience with major telecom or electronics companies is advantageous

Develop and maintain NG SOM Engineering Flow.
Develop the SOM platform with respect to the reference architecture.
Micro SCADA HMI.
Gateway Solutions - MSX/RTU based solutions.
Communication interfaces of entire SOM scope (IEC61850, SNMP, IEC104, MODBUS, etc.).
Implement secured communication protocols.
Develop and implement PQ specific implementations.
Collaborate with the PGGA team.
Maintain the backlog for PGGA and other vendor CRs and Bugs.
Handle Bugs/CRs towards the SOM platform from application teams.
Manage lifecycle management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SCADA systems, particularly MicroSCADA.
Strong understanding of communication protocols (IEC61850, SNMP, IEC104, MODBUS, OPC-UA).
Experience with gateway solutions and RTU-based systems.
Knowledge of secured communication protocols and cybersecurity measures.
Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Substation project management experience, including backlog and lifecycle management.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Adaptability to new technologies and evolving project requirements
English mandatory, Swedish is preferred but not mandatory

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join a dynamic HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll team. This is a one-year fixed-term assignment covering maternity leave. You will work closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, leading a dedicated payroll team and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, compliant payroll delivery across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of payroll specialists to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Oversee payroll calculations, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage payroll reconciliation and reporting, maintaining alignment with Finance and HR departments.
Address and resolve complex payroll escalations efficiently.
Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Extract and consolidate payroll data from multiple systems.
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, reports, and year-end documentation as required.
Ensure payroll data integrity for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with external payroll vendors and tax authorities when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in payroll operations, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday.
Experience with payroll software, particularly Kontek (Sweden), is preferred.
Good knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and regulations.
Experience in audit processes, ideally SOX compliance.
Degree in Payroll, HR, or Administration or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish (both written and spoken).
