About the position Perido is looking for a Business Analyst on behalf of one of our clients, a leading automotive company, where you will play a key role in bridging business needs and agile teams within digital engineering solutions for Product Issue Management. The office is based in Södertälje, with the opportunity to work remotely at times. Your daily tasks As a Business Analyst in our client’s SAFe environment, you will play a key role in defining and clarifying requirements, breaking down features into user stories, and ensuring teams have the information needed to deliver. You will support backlog refinement, coordinate across teams and value streams, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to identify business needs and refine requirements Assist in backlog refinement: break down features into stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure backlog readiness Coordinate cross-team dependencies and maintain shared understanding of business context and constraints Support agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, iteration planning, and retrospective Analyze metrics, feedback, and market data to identify improvement opportunities. Document business processes, system interactions, and business rules Your characteristics You have a high degree of empathy and a strong customer orientation. About the position Perido is looking for a Product Owner on behalf of one of our clients, a leading automotive company, where you will play a key role in the development of digital engineering solutions within Product Issue Management. The office is based in Södertälje with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week. Your daily tasks As Product Owner, you are responsible for maximising the value delivered by the agile team and for owning and managing the team backlog. You gather needs from the business and users and transform them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, always balancing business value, risk, dependencies and technical considerations. You collaborate closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, developers and other Product Owners to ensure alignment with the overall vision and roadmap. Stakeholder management is a key part of the role, where you explain product direction, anchor decisions and manage expectations in a complex organisational environment. You actively participate in sprint planning, PI planning, iteration reviews, system demos and retrospectives, and you validate delivered functionality against business objectives. By following up on results, analysing user feedback and using data and KPIs, you continuously refine priorities to ensure maximum value for both the organisation and its users. Your characteristics You are a value-driven Product Owner with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine interest in understanding user and business needs. You enjoy working in close collaboration with agile teams and stakeholders, and you communicate clearly while navigating complex organisational contexts. With an analytical and structured mindset, you turn insights, data and feedback into well-founded decisions. You are proactive, self-organised and motivated by continuous improvement, and you remain resilient in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: Experience in product management or working in agile product teams Strong backlog management skills, including Epics, Features and User Stories Solid understanding of agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum Ability to translate product vision and business needs into actionable requirements Good understanding of business processes, business models and value streams Proven ability to prioritise work using value-based techniques (e.g. WSJF) Experience using data, customer feedback and KPIs to guide decisions Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Confidence in setting priorities and managing conflicting expectations Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and Lean methods (MVP, hypothesis-driven development) Experience conducting customer interviews or discovery workshops Fluent in English Meritorious: Understanding of technical concepts and system architecture Interest or knowledge in AI is considered Contract type and hours Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, thereafter possible recruitment by the client.
